Patchwork 3D uses OpenGL real-time rendering engine to preview 3D faster. It allows you to instantly see changes when adding materials, lighting, and a realistic environment to your model. When it is time to render high-detail & photorealistic snapshots, the Iray rendering engine comes into play.
