How to switch to orbit mode for 3D Space Mouse?

graphics Participant	The 400 page manual does not mention how to switch to orbit mode using the 3D Space Mouse. There is a mention that this exists in the Patchwork 3D settings for SpaceMouse, but the blue fly button only had walk as its only other option, and the yellow select button’s orbit mode only works for the mouse pointer. This is the opposite of literally all other CAD software out there, which by default use orbit/turn table mode with a dynamic pivot on the closest surface to the camera. Romaric Keymaster	Hi Graphics, With a simple Space Navigator, to switch between Fly mode to Zoom/Pan/Orbit mode, you have to click on Space Mouse right button. Depending on your Space mouse model, and driver version, you might need to remap button to button with code “1”. For a better integration in the software, I will add to the roadmap the possibility to switch mode with a button directly in Patchwork 3D interface. Published on 19 November 2025 at 16 h 11 min

Hi Graphics,

With a simple Space Navigator, to switch between Fly mode to Zoom/Pan/Orbit mode, you have to click on Space Mouse right button.
