Hi everyone,
We are pleased to reveal all the new features of Patchwork 3D Enterprise 2025.
Here is an example of what Patchwork 3D Enterprise 2025 can do for you: stunning and photorealistic renderings!
Here is a summary of what’s new:
New GPU Path tracing rendering engine
Patchwork 3D Enterprise 2025 marks a significant step forward in rendering capabilities. The new GPU Path tracer, featuring global illumination and based on the powerful NVIDIA OptiX framework, offers a considerably more powerful and user-friendly experience. This advanced engine, implemented in Patchwork 3D Enterprise 2025, delivers faster, more accurate, and visually stunning results and allows us to introduce even more innovative features in the future. It replaces the Iray integration, which is no longer included in Patchwork 3D 2025.
New Interactive GPU Ray tracing rendering engine
Patchwork 3D now features a powerful new Ray tracing rendering engine that delivers exceptional image quality at significantly faster speeds. This cutting-edge engine, leveraging NVIDIA OptiX technology on the GPU, replaces the previous CPU-based engine, offering a dramatically improved rendering experience.

New post-processing: PBR Neutral Tonemapper
We’ve added the Khronos PBR Neutral Tone Mapper, which ensures true-to-life color rendering of 3D products, preserving the base color and saturation, especially on shiny surfaces.
New parameters in Environment material to choose lighting behavior
The Environment material now allows for different lighting modes, enabling interaction between the HDRI’s lighting and the 3D model’s lighting, including combining both.
New filtering algorithm when using super sampling for snapshots
We’ve added the option to select from different filtering algorithms when using super sampling for snapshots, providing enhanced image quality and reduced artifacts. The Catmull-Rom algorithm is particularly efficient, achieving a good balance between sharpness and Moiré filtering.
New parameter in materials to reduce Moiré patterns due to high-frequency textures
The Resolution Offset parameters reduce the resolution of textures in render engines for specific usages. This could reduce Moiré patterns on some high-frequency textures.
