We’re sorry the software has crashed for you. We understand you may have lost some work and time.

To help find the real cause we need the .log and .txt files found there:
C:\ProgramData\Lumiscaphe\P3D\Reports.

Sometimes they are the only way to find it for sure and in reasonable time.
Please attach both files to your issue report, follow the indications here to create your report.
